This policy explains how Efforts Unlimited (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit effortsunlimited.com, contact us, apply for a job or use our website assistant. We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact or quote form, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the service and industry you choose, and your message.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role, we collect the details in the form (name, contact details, city, experience, current company, notice period, links) and your CV.
- Website assistant (AI chat). When you chat with our assistant, we process your messages to reply. If you share a phone number in the chat, we save the conversation as an enquiry so our team can follow up.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running properly.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular. This uses cookies and collects data in aggregated form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for.
- To review job applications and contact shortlisted candidates.
- To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form or tick the consent box on a job application) or where it is necessary to provide a service you have requested.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our website and business, and only as needed:
- Our web hosting and email providers, which store website data and deliver enquiry emails.
- Anthropic, which provides the AI model that powers our website assistant and processes chat messages to generate replies.
- Google, if Google Analytics is enabled.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. We keep job applications and CVs for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Email info@effortsunlimited.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website works without advertising cookies. The website assistant keeps your current conversation in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure visits; you can block cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the website, restrict access to enquiries and CVs to the people who need them, and store uploaded CVs in a private folder that is not accessible from the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Links to other websites
Our website links to client websites and other sites we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
