AI Chatbot & WhatsApp Assistant for Business

An AI assistant for your website and WhatsApp that answers from your own content, captures enquiries and hands over to your team.

What’s included

  • Trained on your website, brochures and FAQs
  • Website chat and WhatsApp Business
  • Lead capture to email, sheet or CRM
  • Human handover at any time
  • Replies in English and Hindi
  • Monthly chat insights

Enquiries don’t wait for office hours

Customers ask questions at all hours. A couple planning their wedding browses venues late at night. An overseas buyer messages from a different time zone. A guest wants to know if a room is free this weekend. If nobody replies quickly, many of them move on to the next business that does.

An AI chatbot answers those questions instantly, on your website and on WhatsApp, and collects the details your team needs to follow up. It doesn’t replace your staff. It makes sure no enquiry is missed and your team spends its time on conversations that are ready to close.

What your AI assistant does

  • Answers from your own content. We train it on your website, brochures, menus, price lists you choose to share and FAQs, so answers match your business.
  • Works on your website and WhatsApp. One assistant across both channels, with the same knowledge and tone.
  • Captures leads. It asks for name, phone number and the key details of the request, such as dates, quantities or budget, and sends them to your team.
  • Hands over to a person. For bookings, negotiations or anything sensitive, it passes the chat to your staff, who can take over at any time.
  • Speaks your customers’ language. Replies in English, Hindi or the language the customer uses.
  • Shows you what customers ask. Monthly insights reveal common questions, which often point to missing information on your website.

Built to be safe

Your assistant speaks for your brand, so we set clear limits. It answers only from approved content and says so when it doesn’t know something. It never makes up prices or offers; those come from you or your team confirms them. Customer details go only to your inbox or CRM, with clear rules on how data is handled. And your staff can review conversations and step in at any point.

How it works for different businesses

  • Hotels and travel: room and date enquiries, facilities, directions and event bookings, day or night.
  • Wedding and event companies: questions about venues, packages and dates, with qualified leads sent straight to your planners.
  • Jewellers: catalogue questions and price-on-request enquiries routed to the right salesperson.
  • Exporters: product, MOQ and shipping questions from international buyers in any time zone.

From idea to live assistant

1. Collect and approve content. We gather your information and agree what the assistant may and may not answer.

2. Connect your channels. We add the chat to your website and set up WhatsApp, with leads delivered where your team works.

3. Test with real questions. You review sample conversations and approve the answers before launch.

4. Launch and improve. We review chats every month and update the content so answers keep getting better.

Why an AI assistant, not a basic chatbot

Older chatbots follow fixed menus: press 1 for rooms, press 2 for events. Customers find them frustrating and often give up. An AI assistant understands questions written in normal language, even with spelling mistakes or a mix of Hindi and English, and replies naturally. It can handle follow-up questions and still collect the details your team needs.

What we need from you to get started

  • Your website and any brochures, menus, catalogues or rate cards you’re happy to share.
  • A list of the questions customers ask most often, and how your team usually answers them.
  • The topics the assistant should never answer on its own, such as final prices or custom quotations.
  • Who should receive new enquiries, and where: email, WhatsApp, a sheet or your CRM.

We turn this into the assistant’s knowledge and rules, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Works best alongside a strong website

A chatbot answers questions, but your website still needs to explain your offer clearly and rank for the right searches. If your site needs work, see website design and development. To automate what happens after an enquiry comes in, such as lead routing and follow-ups, see AI automation.

Will the chatbot give wrong answers to my customers?

It answers only from content you approve, such as your website, brochures and FAQs. When it isn’t sure, it says so and passes the conversation to your team instead of guessing.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

For automated WhatsApp replies, yes. We help you apply for and set it up. The website chat works without it.

Can it reply in Hindi?

Yes. It replies in the language the customer writes in, including Hindi and English, and we can add other languages.

How long does it take to go live?

Around 1–2 weeks for website chat, and 2–4 weeks with WhatsApp, as Meta’s verification for the WhatsApp Business API can take extra time. The amount of content to prepare also affects the timeline.

Where do the enquiries go?

Wherever your team works: email, a Google Sheet, your CRM or a WhatsApp notification to the right person.
